Feeling the luck of the Irish yet? Cleveland is brimming with St. Patrick’s Day festivities for the community to enjoy.

The iconic St. Patrick’s Day Parade, a cherished Cleveland tradition dating back to 1842, takes center stage on Sunday, March 17. The parade kicks off at 2:04 p.m., commencing on Superior Avenue at E. 18th Street and concluding at the intersection of Rockwell Avenue and Ontario Street. This year’s theme is “Ireland: One Island One Nation.”

For those eager to kick off the celebrations with some activity, the Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day Run starts at 10 a.m. Registration costs $40, plus a sign-up fee. After the festivities, explore one of the many Irish pubs and restaurants that Cleveland has to offer. From the historic Flat Iron Cafe, Cleveland’s oldest Irish pub, to the more contemporary Public House, there’s something for everyone.

However you choose to celebrate St. Patty’s Day, remember to prioritize safety and drink responsibly.
