Marissa is a United States Navy Veteran with 11 years of journalism experience. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from University of Texas RGV with a focus in Journalism. She enjoys writing, painting, drawing, gardening and reading.

Jennifer Bailey, LCSW, RDT, is a therapist, wife, and mother of three who integrates creativity into her clinical practice. With a psychology degree from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Chicago, she specializes in clinical social work and drama therapy. Certified as a Registered Drama Therapist in 2021, Jennifer uses theater as a tool for emotional expression and healing. With over a decade of experience in individual, group, and family therapy, she has worked extensively with youth in residential treatment. In 2024, she founded Bailey Clinical Services, where she helps clients navigate life changes by breaking down goals into manageable steps, fostering self-discovery, and embracing creativity in the therapeutic process.
